HISTORY: Troop #155 has been chartered to First Presbyterian Church, North Palm Beach for over 45 years. Over 100 of our Scouts have earned the rank of Eagle. We are one of the oldest and most successful Troops in Palm Beach County.
AGE REQUIREMENTS: Scouts must be in the 5th grade or higher or 11 years old or older to join. Scouts remain in the program until 18 years old. Older Scouts are welcome to join. NO PREVIOUS SCOUTING EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED TO JOIN.
HOW TO JOIN: New Scouts are welcome to join anytime. Please join us in the youth building (back of the parking lot) on Thursdays at 7:00pm. We typically meet August through May.
HIGH ADVENTURE: Our Troop camps monthly and typically attends a Florida based and out of state camp each summer. Over the years our Scouts have camped at Philmont Scout Reservation, Seabase in the Keys, Boundary Waters in Canada, National Scout Jamboree and visited other Troops in foreign countries such as Poland and Denmark.
If you are interested in camping, hiking, sailing, biking, canoeing, rifles, archery, rock-climbing, white-water rafting, ziplining, spelunking………then come by and check out our Troop.
Scouting offers the opportunity to meet new friends, learn leadership and outdoor skills, and most important to have incredible high adventure fun.
